Bara Bali Rotisserie is a chicken rotisserie restaurant in Ubud, Bali. We specialise in slow-roasted rotisserie chicken with our signature Bara marinade, served with house-made sides, fresh salads, and handcrafted sauces.

While we're primarily a chicken restaurant, we do have several plant-based options perfect for vegetarians:

Our mac and cheese (IDR 65k) is made with elbow pasta in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with chives, our secret crumbs, furikake, and parmesan. It's indulgent, comforting, and one of our most popular sides.

Our chicken wings (IDR 75k) come as a 250g portion of crispy fried wings tossed in our house spicy sesame wing sauce.

Yes! Extra steamed white rice is available for just IDR 10k per portion.

We don't have a dedicated kids' menu, but our quarter chicken, chicken tenders, fries, and rice are all great options for younger diners. Our team is happy to help with smaller portions, just ask!

We have five sauces in total:

• Honey mustard: Mustard, pickle water, brisket dripping, honey — IDR 10k

Yes! Our house gravy sauce is complimentary with every chicken order. All other premium sauces are available for IDR 10k each.

Absolutely! Any of our premium sauces (smoky BBQ, honey mustard, chipotle, or garlic herb) can be added to your order for IDR 10k each.

Our house gravy is the classic pairing, made specifically to complement our rotisserie chicken. If you're feeling adventurous, the Smoky BBQ is a fan favourite, and the garlic herb is a close second.

We are not an officially halal-certified restaurant. However, our chicken is sourced from halal suppliers and we do not serve pork on our menu. Guests with halal requirements are welcome to dine at their own discretion.

No pork! We do not serve pork on our menu. Our protein focus is entirely on chicken.

Yes, our chicken is sourced from halal suppliers. While the restaurant itself is not halal-certified, we are mindful of our sourcing and do not use pork products anywhere on our menu.
